was yesterday!
We didn't have as many kids go out as last year.
Mostly we were short on junior high kids. I think they have heard about my workouts, and were scared away.
I'd rather have a few kids who wanna be there, than 50 kids who just bish and moan all the time.
I'm looking forward to practice on Friday, after 4 days of running, they are going to be sore, and tired . Yes, I am a little bit sadistic :!:

I wish I could talk my youngest boy (13) into running track. He just doesn't seem interested yet. He invariably leads his gym class and wresting practices in any kind of distance runs - endurance is excellent. Oh well, maybe next year. He just wants to play baseball right now.

Much luck to the team Mark.
Hope they do as well as the basketball teams.
