what happens when the tracking says your package was delivered....and it wasn't? I'm trying to go back to the shipper and they aren't responding...

I think Hype means FedEx hides the box. Maybe you don't have as many places to hide, but I've gotten boxes left inside the front door, back door, garage, car and a few times someone that stopped by when I wasn't home grabbed a delivery and let me know well later on they'd done it "to keep it from getting rained on". meh

Who signed for it? Did it give an image of the signature?

Was the package sent with the signature required waived? Maybe your roommate stole it.

Okay, someone at my apt complex office signed for it. It is not there. Me and the girl down there right now tore the package room apart (ps they need a policy about picking up packages, that room was a sty...)

These are concert tickets. Mad I don't know what the recourse is here, but I'm going to be a little cranky if I don't have a ticket I paid for.

Don't worry, I'm sure Hasselhoff won't sell out. You could probably get 'em scalped on the cheap.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing Hasselhoff, its actually a 3 day ticket to the sold out Austin City Limits Festival, which also unfortunately I now will not be attending. So, I need this ticket to sell it and try to recoup the costs. I was hoping to do so via ebay, but funny thing, bidders usually like to know the item exists. They're weird like that.

Pff, if someone at the management office signed for the delivery, the office should also be responsible for reimbursing you for the value of your item.

Now, who do we know in Austin?

A few people...my friend Shelly, and Emily and my friends Koren and Joe... Wink

I can't make the friday of the 3 days, and would have to miss the headliner Coldplay Sunday night to get back for my Monday classes, so as much as I wanted to go I thought I'd cut my losses and sell the ticket. Assuming I have a ticket to sell.

Good thought pug and I think they are already thinking that way, the office person I worked with today seems to be all over it and I"m going to talk to her tomorrow.

Get an image of the signature, track this person down, and kill them.
