Crappy month for me. Tons of missed runs. I got a new position at work, so I haven't been as focused on my running. I hope to get it turned around in March.

There's still 2 days left! You don't stop your watch 40 yards before the finish, son!

Running - 199.5 miles
Cycling - 392 miles
Trainer - 97 miles
Only lifted 4 or 5 times this month.
I think I'll run an extra 1/2 mile this afternoon just to put me over 200 miles for the month.

that's about as idiotic as getting on a treadmill at 11:45 December 31st because you realize that you are 2 miles short of 3000
