If you only had one cookbook, what would it be?
I've got a bread machine cookbook that I got on clearance at Borders. I can never find it online when someone asks for a link though.

We have a Weight Watchers one that isn't too bad. Most of the time, we go to Campbell's Kitchen they have great recipes there, and most of them are quick to prepare meals.

Best Recipe By the editors of Cook's Illustrated/Christopher Kimball.
They took 100 recipes for lasagne and decided the best one. They even recommend products/foods--and they usually factor in cost in their choice. For example, their favorite pasta is one of the cheapest at the market. Their favorite baking pan runs about $15.
