I know we've done this one before, but there's a lot of new people here now plus it seems a bunch of us are having a crap day/week/life, so....perhaps this will inspire us. Other than working out, which is a given, what are some of your fav-or-ite comfort things?
--cranberry apple herb tea with honey
--staring into a crackling fire
--hot chocolate with extra marshmallows
--a long chat with a really good friend
--a day spent laughing at the antics of a child
Now. You. Go.

- taser in the back
- crossbow fired at the heart
- 9MM shot right between the eyes
- the snap of someone's neck between my hands
OK, that's just today. Normally:
- snuggling of puppies
- kiss from The Paramedic
- a cold pint or five
- the elusive "1 out of 10" run - the good one where everything clicks
- hot chocolate

A good campfire
A calm morning on the water as the sun comes up
A crisp fall morning in the woods as dawn breaks and mother nature stirs to life.

-A long walk back home in my old neighborhood with the headphones on listening to my favorite tunes.
-Chocolate chip cookies, icecream or candy bars.
-To just lay in bed and be all cozy.
-Time alone. Something I don't get too much of.
