I don't go far very often though I've really enjoyed visiting the West Coast area (Vancouver Island, Oregon, Seattle, California)

Go to Sorrento, Italy.
Or Negril, Jamaica. Nice place to get away to now.

I'll second the Negril, Jamica. The tourist areas are VERY nice from what I remember.
How about Cozumel, Mexico or Playa del Carmen, Mexico? It's right by Cancun and from what I hear, they are much nicer.

I like going to any of these three spots:
Myrtle Beach, SC
Disney World
The Province of Quebec, Canada - anywhere.

Thanks for the tip.
I had the chance to spend 3.5 days in Seattle last month and if I had a couple of extra days would have tried a day trip to Vancouver as well.
I've spent alot of time in Calgary over the last three years but maybe a trip east is in order.

That trip is a yearly for me. Due to the ice storm last week missed a chance to go for the Consumer Electronics Show for 5 days. So I'm using that ticked for a trip later in the winter or earlt spring.

Why yes.....as a matter fact they did....how did you know?
PS---I ate French chocolate at Christmas too.
On topic: I was never a big fan of eastern Canada (the French side). The people there are nowhere NEAR what you're used to in Calgary. Remember, Grizz used to live there and even HE left. I'd opt for Vancouver if you're going back to Canada, Scorch. I don't know when the Sun Run is but my friend who lives near there said it was a blast. I was to Vancouver once on a business trip but loved it.

Sun Run's April 17th and Vancouver Marathon/HalfM is on May 1st...I'm not planning to do the Sun Run this year but I'll be doing the Vancouver Half for sure...PM me if you're coming...
