gatorade fruit punch flavor..but just water is really good after a run. feels really good to rehydrate.

Gatorade Fruit Punch; tastes like melted popsicles. Also a fan of Powerade Blue (whatever it's actually called).

Gatorade made up using the powder. During the summer when i was drinking almost a gallon a day it was a lot cheaper that way.

I can't find the powdered stuff around these parts anymore. They used to be 9 gallons of powder then they reduced the size to 6 gallons, then they were no longer available

I use the powder, too. Here in Cali it's right next to the Kool-aid.
A store manager will order it for you if you ask, Cappy.

They sell it at the Sam's Club by me, but only in the Toxic Acid Limegreen. If you want some of it, PM me and I'll pick you up some. I'll put your $3 towards it even.

Perhaps a sports drink diluted with water by 50% afterwards.
