At our church today was by me. I was asked by our Pastor to give a sermon on Father's Day and the them was being the father of a special needs child.
I tied it around the them of two special needs fathers in the Bible, Joseph and the rich man in John Chapter 4 (2nd miracle of Jesus). I spoke mostly without notes and intertwined the them of Abby and how God has worked through her and touched hundreds of people. It was an encouragement to fathers as well as a time for me to share about how far Abby has come. It was interposed with short stories of highlights of her life.
I was told I need to get a tape and make transcripts.
Robin did not even know I was speaking today until the pastor called me up. Only the pastor and I knew of the message today because we wanted it to be extra special.
It the largest group I have ever spoke to.

Wow...way too neat, and I bet there were more than a few tears rolling down cheeks .... good tears I mean 
you THE man!....I hate public speaking, but when you have a precious reason as yours, the courage comes from a higher place!
