Every cyclist has to be able to ride fast. I am not very good at it. I guess my genes had something else in mind for me. However I am aware of the fact that I have to work on it. I was wandering what’s your fastest speed on the bike. I would like to know how bad I am compared to the others.

A few sprint workouts on a weekly basis will work wonders for your speed and increase your chances of winning. My top speed was some 69 km/h speed while sprinting.
