Just ran the 4th 4K in 24:27 ( clock time didn't see chip times posted)
This was my second race since I stopped smoking and started running, the pace was slower then my 5K but it was 90 degrees out!!! I am still amazed that I can actually run at all Very Happy
Have a safe 4th y'all!!
Edited to say I updated my picture if it ever gets enabled again with me right afer the finish line today.
