The school that beat us in the state championship game last season, beat us 6-0 last night. 
We didn't play our best, and they played well...and well, we are all done.
I feel bad for the seniors. They had an unbelievable season, but came up short and didn't reach their goals.
Oh well, now they have to set their sights on the state basketball title.

That's too bad coach. That's the thing with the tournaments - only one team can achieve their goal.
The Cardinals had a helluva run, and are to be congratulated nonetheless!

They scored with 6 minutes left. We drove down the field and got to their 10 yard line with two minutes left....couldn't punch it in.
It was really a good football game. If you like good defense, and big hits.
