I'm having lasik surgery on my eyes tommorow. I plan to stop running for 7 days. If anyone out there can give me some hints on they handled this situation after their surgery in regards would be appreciated. Thanks Milo

Mr Aire had that done recently and followed the docs orders.

Be sure to ask your doc for specific time frames for going back to running/swimming/weight lifting or whatever.
