Posted: 03/22/06 - 18:09 Post subject: Explain to me the point of A-shirts/tank tops as undershirts
I wear t-shirt undershirts when I wear anything nicer than a t-shirt. My primary reason for doing this is to catch most of the sweat (should sweat occur) and prevent giant wet spots under my arms. Why do people wear A-shirts/tank tops/wife beaters as undershirts? What purpose does it serve?

I wear wife beaters as I find them more comfortable. But whenever I have a dress shirt on I have a t-shirt underneath, I was taught that is is proper. Plus in the winter it adds some warmth. For the sweat I use anti-perspirant.

You are right.
I get warm enough as it is, I don't need to add another layer of clothing!

it's the pheromones from pit sweat that identifies them...

i hear that they tried "chip" implantings but it altered the behaviour of each specimen by making them think that aliens abducted them and they did not act natural in thier natural element, the Trailor Park Canyons.

This is especially true if the shirt is white and thin.

white and thin with headlights does not make for a good presentation, especially with a red laser pointer
