I understand the users online and the registered part, and I think the guest part (non registered lukers???). Explain the Hidden part please? I have always wondered this...

In your profile you can choose to be hidden. You can be logged in but your name will not show up as being in the forum.

On occasion, a person or two here was harassed by another person or two (because of personality clashes, I guess). Going on hidden means said harassing person doesn't know you're there. Long as you don't post (since you're hidden, I don't think you can post), you're left alone.
Kinda like lurking, I suppose. Just a guess or two on my part.
