The Akerns may be moving! Probably not soon but we found a great new neighborhood 10 miles closer to work. We'd be having the house built so it would be awhile before we got to move in. Looked at the display home Yesterday and love it!! Its much bigger than the house we have now plus the neighborhood has great roads a lake , and a pool is supposed to be built. Did I mention its closer to work?
We are going to look again this weekend. I want to make sure certain things are the way we like. (my kitchen is too small now, want to be absolutely sure I could live with the new one) Plus checking out lots. There are lots on the hill overlooking the lake. That would be too cool!!
I'm very excited but making major decisions like this really tear me up. I get a sick feeling in my stomach just thinking about it. Weird huh?

Sounds good. My main concern would be that the lake is stocked with suitable fish and that full fishing rights are granted with lot purchase. And don't forget the built-in poop coffee maker......

the beginning of a new Riff Raff story---Akern's house on the hill! go for it girl. remember lots and lots of counter space in that kitchen. in fact, bag the dining room completely (as in formal dining room) and make it all one huge kitchen.

Oh there would be plenty of room for that! Plus some extra room so I could get more!!
We'll have to strike a deal before I post pics, and then they will have to build it, it could be awhile. Maybe when the deal is struck I can take a picture of the display home it will look like!

Actually we will probably go for the 1 acre. That's plenty of grass to mow!
