They crashed soon after that photo was snapped as the "driver" was too busy mugging for the camera to see the oncoming truck.

If it is a bicycle, helmets are the law...at least in my town.
Why are they riding around, drinking, not wearing helmets, and not taking advantage of the protection a car offers....

Along with the helmet law there is also an open container law. At least here on base there is...
We had a friend get a DUI on a bike on base.

Though you can only see one wheel, it's placement tells you that there are obviously more than two, therefore it is not a bicycle.
