I'd recommend taking a look at Evolution Running (dvd), if you're wanting some great information for a safer, more efficient running technique.
PROS: Evolution Running is my personal favorite for its excellent visual descriptions and demonstrations. The information itself was fantastic and is similar to the Pose system or Chi Running, although there are differences.
CONS: The day was very bright during filming and that creates some slightly annoying visual distortions, if you will. Also Ken Mierke probably would have been better off sitting in a less bright area of the track, so he wouldn't have needed to wear sun glasses the throughout the video.
I would very highly recommend it!
