Anyone who is out there running has my respect, regardless of how fast/slow they percieve themselves to be. As several others have already said, it's getting out there that's THE important thing. Be proud!!!

When I started running I was where you are, then got down to 7:30 miles and now am back to where you are.... trying to get back to where i was.

AGREED!! Whenever I drive by someone running, I think to myself, "Good for you! You got out here and are doing it." That goes regardless of their pace. You can go as slowwwww as you want/can, as long as you don't stop That means you can run like I used to, at a pace that is so slow that walking is faster, lol.
