So I'm driving to work this morning, down Erie Blvd. in Schenectady. VERY busy road. Made even worse by the group of 10 or so cops (so identified by their reflective vests marked 'Police') on their morning run. Two or three wide. On the road. Going WITH traffic. These guys do this ALL THE TIME. They completely block the lane, so traffic has to merge into the left lane to get around them. Not an easy task at rush hour. I mean...come ON! You've got to be freaking KIDDING me!!
Stupid runners.

Stupid cops! Had this been a group of Riff Raffers out on their morning run would they be arrested or asked to get out of the road?  For the record, I love the po-po.

It annoys the CRAP out of me that, here we are on a running forum and your bagging the very people who are setting an example we could all follow. So you had to slow down to merge into another lane. How much time did that cost you?
I'd take photo's too and send them to the Mayor, the Chief of Police the local paper and whoever else, praising them as an example to the community and keeping up their fitness standards with an invitation to leave that gas guzzling vehicle home and join them.
Imagine how that would cut down on the rush hour.
