I have always been impressed by tunnels and bridges.

It made you wonder, so I guess it does count!

The pyramids have always fascinated me. Suspension bridges are pretty cool, too.

The segway is an engineering marvel!

5 gyroscopes
2 dc drives
max speed 14mph
zero turn radius

you stand on the thing and it balances, lean forward it goes forward, lean back it goes backward. It just rocks!

From an engineering standpoint, it may be a marvel, but give me a human-powered bicycle any day.

But, those weren't man-made. I believe they were made by the same aliens that St. Patrick told to make Stonehenge.

How about the channel tunnel between England and that other country in Europe ( Wink ) That is amazing I think when the tunnels meet they were witing 22 inches of each other well within their margin of error.
