The ettiquette rule of thumb says you are suppose to provide a Holiday tip to anyone who provides a consisent service to you throughout the year.
Who (and how much) are you tipping this Festivus Season?
Me: I usually tip my house cleaning lady (who comes once every 5 weeks or so) an extra $25 for the year plus give her a small edible gift. That is about it. What says you?

We give a box of candies to the post office folks, a box of candies to the Vet Office Staff. Our personal mail carrier is getting a hooded sweatshirt.
I am going to give my massage therapist a box of clementines.

I personally gift the custodians at our company.
Otherwise, no one provides me consistent service of any kind.
I will tip bigger at the grocery/restaurants this time o'year, though.

We tip the cleaning people at work. That's about it. We don't have paper delivery, and between the numerous changes in personnel and the bad service we've gotten this year, we don't tip the letter carriers.

The barber - always make it a point to get a haircutr close to Christmas and give him a bigger tip than normal
The mailman - usually $$
The trash guys - $$ - they're never the same every week but i know they're probably still on the job somewhere, no?
