could, what would you get done ??? Please note I did not ask if you "wanted" to, I asked if you COULD
My answer: I've got this stubborn "spare tire" around my waist; aka love handles. Lipo baby !!

I always wanted to be 6'4", 245 lbs, fast and play middle linebacker in the NFL. Unfortunately I'm 5'9", 166 lbs, slow and design tools for a living. I don't think medical science has advanced far enough for me....

Call me old-fashioned, but if I can't get it through hard work or a late-night infomercial gadget, I don't want it.

I broke my nose in high school and used to want to fix it, but I've gotten pretty used to my bump in my nose over the years. Talk to me in 20 years after kids, I may have changed my mind on a few newly sagging regions then.

That's an odd coincidence. I did the same, and have wanted to fix my bump since. That's all I think I'd get done. I'm not perfect, but I've gotten a lot more comfortable with and proud of my body so imperfections be damned. I don't want to look plastic, nor do I want to go through major surgery to remove all body fat from my butt/hips to my boobs.

I guess my arthroscopic knee surgery from 2 months ago was considered elective. I could have done without it, but my knee already feels alot stronger.

let's see, it's been 20 years and two kids and i can't for the life of me think of anything below my neck that i'd knife it up for. truly. the risk outweighs the benefits. i mean, who's looking anyway? especially at my azz -- i mean, let them sort it out behind me. why do people get azz implants WHO CARES what's back there????? i don't have to see it so it's AOK by me.
now, above the neck --- i'd do my nose, i look at that sucker every day... it's bumped and points west. even doctors will ask when i broke it--- UM NEVER THANKS.

Well I have thought about going down a few letters in the alphabet...more for a comfort standpoint than for looks.

Lipo and LASIK. Only thing stopping me right now is a lack of funds.
