I don't really like the canned ones, so I made my own.
Ingredients:
1 roll crescent rolls
Butter/Margarine
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
1/4 brick of cream cheese per crescent roll package
Sweetened condensed milk
Powdered sugar
Roll out each crescent roll on the pan you're going to use.
Spread with butter/margarine.
Sprinkle each crescent roll with cinnamon. If you like a lot, cover the entire roll, if you like a little, do a sprinkle.
Sprinkle each crescent roll with brown sugar
Roll each one up, using the outside to dab up the overspray of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake as directed on can.
While baking, beat 1/4 brick of cream cheese, 1/4 can of sweetened condensed milk and one small spoonful of powdered sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Taste to see if you need to add more milk or sugar.
Spread icing on cinnamon rolls while still hot.

If you make these, you seem like the hero for homemade cinnamon rolls. Everyone knows homemade are the best! These are super duper delicious!

How many miles do you have to run to burn off all of those calories?

You could either run 5 miles or sleep for 42 hours.
