looks like i need to get off my azz and start getting some miliage in BIG time, scheduled miles
Oct 2, 87 miles an underground running of my canceld race
Oct 5, approx 60 miles a ride (but on skate for me) with Lance Armstrong
Oct.7, 15 miles a city skate for those that are still coming into town for what would have been Athens to Atlanta
Oct 8, 15 miles with 10-15 pounds of flour Skate Hash, same reason as a bove
oct 9, 18-35 miles HILLS leading a group on the clubs training route, same reason as above
October 10th. my viewing i foretell. UUUGH.
