So I ordered a new tanning bed. Just an entry level bed, nothing fancy but still $5000.00. We hooked everything up last Sunday night and turned it on only to find that 1 of the 2 fans in the top of the bed didn't work.   Defective apparently. So I call on Monday to ETS out of Indianapolis where they manufacture the beds and let them know of the problem. They said they would send out a fan and a fan grill on Tuesday, over night shipping, I'd have it Wednesday. So it wasn't here Wednesday but I give them the benifit of the doubt n wait. Not here Thursday either. So I call and they say it hasn't even shipped!! WTF??!!  And they had no record of the fan grill, just the fan. They tried to tell me it would ship today, Friday, but I said NFW, that fan needs to be at my business tomorrow, no exceptions, period. She said it would be here Friday. Amen. So I was pleased today when I came back to work at 3 to find a over night pkg from them on my desk. I open it and what do I find??? The freeking fan grill! That's it!!!! Strangely the phone rings and it's ETS customer service wanting to confirm delivery address for a piece of trim they were replacing that was cracked on the bed. I asked about the fan, saying I got the fan grill today but no fan. He confirmed that the fan was ordered on Monday may 8th and shipped out just today, and will arrive Monday. I'm pist. Had someone called me Tuesday and said sorry, we had a problem and it didn't ship yet I would have been more than understanding. This is unacceptable customer service. I'm still waiting for someone to call from there but apparently they are avoiding me.
I was upset anyway cuz the bed we originally ordered was not available and actually had to manufactured. They said that would take a month but offered the next model up at the same price so I said OK. I shoulda waited.
