Who says we grow the dumbest crooks ?
Gang arrested for spending too much
A gang who robbed a bank a year ago have finally been arrested when they spent the money.
The two men from Chile moved to San Luiz, Argentina and got jobs as construction workers.
But within a few days of arriving in the city they two men were seen buying expensive goods in many shops in the town reports Clarin.
A police spokesperson said: "They were buying everything and paying in dollars which called the attention of the locals, because they had never seem such rich construction workers in their lives." {ed note: They haven't met my plumber either}
After an investigation, the police found out that Alejandro Pincheiras and Jorge Contreras were wanted in the neighbouring country for stealing 5 million dollars.
