Have you ever experienced this? I just did, and it drives me INSANE!
I want to make a left turn at an intersection that has a stoplight. This stoplight has a left green arrow, a left yellow arrow, with no left red arrow (left turns must yield to oncoming traffic, but can still turn on green). For some reason, the driver in front of me thinks he/she must wait until the NEXT green arrow, so he/she sits there forever even though there are a zillion opportunities for him/her to make the turn. I live in a "happy-to-own-my-gun-and-carry-it-concealed-legally-and-not-afraid-to-use-it" city, so if you HONK at someone like this, you put your life in danger, literally. What can you do?
