Or I should say, drinking too much after an already nasty day at work and getting into a tiff with someone who's way too far away to make up with properly and then drinking more after that = and and
My insane lunatic neighbor (who was also involved in the drinkfest) then wakes me up at 4:00 this morning to see if I want to join him and his buddy on a 75 mile bike tour of Lancaster, which is yet a 2 hour drive from here.....ummm......no thanks, dude
Hope y'all had a good night.....

Well...I slept pretty well. Until somebody called me in the middle of the night. I couldn't make out exactly what she said
Nothing some water, a little Advil and a nap won't make better. Curse of good scotch and bad ice, no?

Actually, there are a few blank spots in the later part of the night. I honestly don't remember posting this. I better go check my sent mail to make sure I didn't do anything else stupid.....
More like curse of 2 margaritas at my friend's birthday lunch, a few beers before dinner, and a few vodka and oj for dinner.....
And you're right, a nap would make things all better but that's not in the cards right now.....

Lancaster is not exactly the flatest place in the world. Especially after the night you had. The hills may have made you :ralph: again

My hangover cure: drink a generous amount of water and take a headache powder.
Hope it all gets better, genie.

Nice to see you back, Beatrice!!! Where ya been??
I do like those BC powders and my roomie swears by them. Gatorade is my real wonder cure, though. A quart of that and I was off to the gym.....had a GREAT swim workout (1800m) and a decent lower body weight workout and now it's zzzzz time!!!!
(either that or it was that snowball that woke me up )

maybe tonight with dinner! Yesterday the thought of anything with alcohol in it made my stomach lurch. But I could go for a nice red wine with my manicotti, I think!!!

Bike miles don't count my fellow SOB, so wise choice. I think a nice long run would cure any leftover pain.

No running, I'm benched again with an as yet undiagnosed hip injury. I really think my running days are about over. But since walking counts, I am still dragging along.....did an unheard of 16 on the Perkiomen Trail with my roomie today!!!! But man, am I hurting now......I think tomorrow warrants a day off.
