Medium. Hard is too hard and soft is too soft.
Floss? Oral B Mint flavored, no other floss compares.

Medium. My dentist once told me a hard toothbrush has no business in anyone's mouth....and regular floss.

I like hard or medium but was told also that hard has no business in anyone's mouth and that I brush so hard with my medium that I'm causing premature gum loss. So now I use a friggin expensive soft bristled sonicare. But it makes my teeth feel shiny clean!
Glide mint flavored floss. And sensodyne toothpaste I mean, really, first gum loss, then sensitive teeth? am I 87??

Medium. Here is the whacked-out brush I use. The thing is HUGE. I've been using them for years, and can never go back to a puny normal brush...

I got the lecture about gum loss, too. In fact, I was told if I didn't quit brushing so hard or so often, I'd lose all my teeth by 25.
You do the math.
So soft brush for me, and slippy-slidy-minty-floss (I can't remember what kind it is.)
