Do you cycling on an empty stomach? I’m not very fond of eating in the morning and that’s the time when I usually train. I’ve even tried to have at least something to eat for breakfast, but I couldn’t digest it. Now I go cycling without breakfast and I usually don’t have any unpleasant sensations, but sometimes I feel dizzy. How to overcome this?

No matter what you do you shouldn’t go training on the empty stomach. It’s completely unhealthy and generally speaking, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never skip it. Try eating at least a cookie and a glass of milk. You know that cycling, as any other sports activity is very exhausting and you need enough strength to be able to train. If you skip your breakfast, the level of sugar in your blood can drop drastically and you can faint. I suppose that’s the reason you feel dizzy occasionally. At least drink one of those sports drinks in order to keep sugar level stable. One more thing is that if you train hungry, it’s completely inefficient and you just waste your time and ruin your health.
