tone more quickly than women's or is it all body type--regardless of gender?

My husband runs once or twice and his thigh muscles become supah-defined. I could run for ever and mine just start to show definition.

Now my calves are super defined....

more muscle also I guess tones faster because dont the wimmins have an extra layer of fat

Not an extra layer of fat. Well, theoretically we shouldn't have that extra layer of fat. Wink But women have a higher overall percentage of fat due to the whole child-bearing apparatus.
