I am a junior in high school and i have recently been lifting alot of weights. I am about 5' 6" or 7 but i weight 155lbs. I am not fat at all but ive been puttin on a look of musel weight from lifting... I am a 400 and 800 runner... should i lose weight? or what should i do? Thanks alot!

I ran the 400 and 800 in high school. I am 5'8" and weighed about 140 lbs. at the time. I would not worry too much. You will be lifting less and some weight will come off as you cut back.
