Do I have a stress fracture

Newbie

This summer I was diagnosed with a strees fracture(metarsal). I only took 2 weeks of football becuase my foot never hurt with my cleats on. I never had tenderness or swelling. Running barefoot hurt me but the pain would go away. I could run barefoot and my foot would hurt realy bad, then go to football practice and notice nothing but maybe a very small dull ache when I was done. I played the whole season and the pain never worsened. Know here I am with 6 weeks of rest and I only ran a few sprints at the 4 week mark with a very small dull ache.

I dont think I have a stress fracture but I dont know what else it could be. I do get alot of random aches in my foot but this is triggered. I should also note the foot in question has a very flat arch compared to the other one.

Can someone go on a stress fracture like I did for a whole season? Is it possible I have a stress fracture?
