I just found out this week that my 25 year old step-daughter is a coolrunner. 
I nervously asked my husband how long she'd been a coolrunner. Luckily, only a few months. I'm debating whether or not to break her of that evil habit she has developed, though it might be weird to post with my husband's daughter.

Apparently she's only posted in the Newbie forum for advice about shin splits. Suprising to find a post about shin splints in a newbie forum?!$%^
I've emailed her that she needs to change advice providers, we'll see if she comes over. I might need to delete any posts about her father

My dad's a coolrunner too. When I was visiting last summer, he had to show me his new running log. He pulled up the screen from CR and I nearly died! "Noley, you should try using this for a log."
"Right Dad"...hoping he never had stumbled upon the CH or forums for that matter.
