Do you really? Then I'll see you there in '05 when The Paramedic and I go back to the site of our honeymoon for our 10 year anniversary and so I can run the marathon ... perfect timing.

I was trying to time a trip to Disney for the marathon; but, my ^$*(@# sister in law had to get married in April in Florida. No $ to go back now.

I'll be there! Disney will be my frist marathon so I'm totally thrilled it is such a flat course! There is one thing I know, though...I WILL get a PR!
Edited to say: I'll get a PR as long as I finish!!!

I'm going to do the half (or full) marathon in '05 probably. I won't be ready for the full marathon in January and the half field is already full. I know someone who walked the full marathon last year and they had a blast. Good luck to all at WDW!

I'm thinking about it for '05. The schedule's too short for me to prepare for next year, so I'm working toward Tybee Island in February.

I'll be there. And proudly wearing bib #1224. Got it in the mail on Saturday!! Hooray. And the best part: Pleasure Island on the night of the marathon is FREE to runners! Must pack Dancing shoes! Look out rotating dancing floor and jello shots-here I come with Lickitysplit and Happy2tri in tow.
And miss DCDiva-you'll rock and finish with a huge smile on your face! We'll see you on the dance floor too!

Not this year, but hopefully 2005. I promised a friend I'd run it with her for her 40th B'day. (depending on my White Rock experience) She's a Mickey freak and wants the medal.
Sounds like the Riff Raff Winter event of 05 may need to be Disney!

Thanks for all the encouragement! I'm pretty sure I will finish but I have been having some knee problems and my miles aren't up like I wish they would be at this point. I ran 15 miles on my LR last weekend (12 was on my schedule but I missed some during the week so I made up for it).
Look for me in bib #8146. I'm shooting for a 4:40 goal...and will be doing the happy dance at Pleasure Island if I reach that goal!
