I...umm...only know one stroke. Embarassed

Any good sites that show how to do back stroke and side stroke? Not that interested in learning to do the butterfly at the moment.

Sorry-I have no idea. But at my masters class I was told I do the breaststroke wrong and I found out I can drown doing the backstroke.

Our Y has some great diagrams on how exactly each stroke is done.

www.swim.net has some good information on it.
