When (if) you are counting calories or watching what you eat what type of desserts do you make for yourself?

I have a few that I eat:

1. Whipped Key Lime flavored yogurt with 2 graham crackers (tastes like a Key Lime Pie).
2. Jello with cool whip
3. Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches (although, I don't buy them anymore because I would eat more than one each time so what's the point)

What about you?

I tend to buy the pre-packaged treats that are now available. Skinny Cow are good; I like the Ice cream cone one. Or the Blue Bunny Treats. these are the ones that are usually the WW Points 2 or 3.
I don't really care for the WW Brands though.
I think Starbucks has the best ice cream bars out there.

If I get around to it, I make the sugar free fat free instant pudding.

i dip a spoon in sprinkles, then carefully count them to make sure there are only 18272 sprinkles on there (working on the basis that each sprinkle constitutes 0.0928282 calories)

and then i chuck it in the bin and have a hunk of baked chesecake!
