RTPD putting together a team.
So far I am doing the 1.5 mile run as part of a relay where the other three guys do push ups, sit ups and dummy drag.
I was also "asked" to do the mountain bike race, since I am in the best shape in the department. (running shape yes, I have to get on the bike now and do some training I guess).
It is for a good cause. To benefit fallen police officers killed in the line of duty in Delaware County.

The dummy drag sounds like a perfect event for me---as the one being dragged, I mean...

yes that is what we have...they are like $1300.00. Nicely equiped though.
I think our neighborhood watch donated the money for our bikes.

Joe,
They have "Tough Cops" in Delaware County?? I thought Chester and Berks County had all of them Just kidding, no need to give me a "wood shampoo" or anything.
Make sure ya don't get a ticket doing speed training on that bike, and wear your brain protector!
Good Luck!

the only person to hold every single rank in the Philadelphia Police department. From patrolman to chief. He worked his way up and always had the respect of his men (and ladies)

The current commissioner has held every rank I believe, save for mayor.
