I hate you. You make the f'ing on-line sign-up procedure so f'ing complicated a fairly intelligent, somewhat normal human being such as myself didn't get the sign-up correct. And then you mail me my "confirmation statement" so that it arrives AFTER the date that I am permitted to make changes. So now you ba$turds aren't going to cover my kid, despite the fact this insurance doesn't kick in until 1/2006. Stay tuned as I've already made two irate phone calls. I am pi$$ed.

once that re-enrollment thing's IN, there's no turning back with his company either...  
and really, i can NOT understand the logic of not being able to make changes. there should be a cut-off date sure, but changes should be accepted up until that date YOU DOLTS!
now I'M pissed.

I have a call into them but the woman is on vacation today. If anyone can do anything, she can. She is very good about that. The two nitwits I've talked to so far said that "my case was being looked into" and that was as far as I've gotten. No return calls yet.

Give'em hell!
We're changing our insurance "provider" come Jan 1. Can't wait to see how badly this gets screwed.
I'm just praying that no one in my family gets sick until June.

Good Luck! Whatever you do, don't give up. The insurance companies deliberately make thinga as complaex and convoluted as possible in hopes that people will not go through the hassle of fighting them.
(I have unfortunately had my share of insurance battles over the last year. I HATE insurance companies.)
