my son has a way of finding deals on music equipment. so good that I can't turn him down when he asks me to buy it for him. he wanted a pedal for his guitar and it was on sale for $20 but had been $130. Friday his pick guard arrived, it was $3.00 and had been $40.

As a founding member, Purple Hayes only charges me $4.99 a month to Riff Raff.

He swears that nobody else has an arrrangement like that. So it must be pretty good, no?

he claims "long distance charges" are killing him, so I have to fork over $11.95 a month.

It's still a bargain.

$12.95 a month here because of the distance I can only imagine what the OC pays.

You all are forgetting that this monthly 'contribution' gets you into PHs steam room for free...

(but it sucks if you don't live in Atlanta...)

Race expo secret I stumbled across over the weekend is to get there during the last hour of the expo. I didn't have the cash on me, but I saw more than one vendor doing the Walmart drop on prices. And those freebie booths were just slinging leftovers at the last minutes (i've got enough tylenol 8-hr to last me 'til next Labor day). Just in general though, Cappy is right, expos are the place to get some deals... gotta remember this myself for the next biggie race I go to and bring more money Surprised
