complaints, raves, rants.
I just bought two cans to use as my carb portion of my recovery drink (1 scoop of protein powder mixed in). I am trying out the small cans to find a flavor I like.
I would appreciate anyone who has an opinion on it.
The one nice thing is that they have a giant container of it that makes the unit price go way down.

My mom and I started using this mid way through training for the MS 150 last year and really really liked it. We noticed a huge difference, of course we went to this from plain ole Gatorade. I don't know if you are comparing this to Endurox or something, but we liked it for our purposes.
note to self, get more before the ride...

I used for a long time and liked it. I have been using Gatorade because it is easier to get.

My roomie swears by it. I think he likes the citrus one. I've never used it because I didn't like the taste when I tried his, and I use Endurox for long run recovery, but he has used it for years and even drinks it when he's sick as a supplemental drink.

Never tried the Cytomax, but Endurox was gross. Will keep Cyto in mind as a drink, as soon as I run out of my HyrdraFuel.
