I pulled my 1989 Cannondale Black Lightning out of the old mothballs for a ride. I did 15 miles for the first time in a very long time. Much tougher than I remember it. Besides trying to avoid being clipped by an SUV, my quads were on fire. PH, Cappy et al, I give you guys a lot of credit.

Awesome!
I need a job closer to home so I can commute again. Regular gas is $2.66 at wawa. Higher other places.

I would love to commute to work via bike. it would be about 10 miles, but I don't like the idea of having my 4 year old on the handlebars

You could try raising your seat up a little....well it might help.
