I don't think its worth it. Usually all they do is tell you when something bad appears on your credit report, which means they are constantly pulling the report. Most places, like Experian, will lower your score the more the report is pulled. I think if they do find something, it is still up to YOU to sort it out.
Here's what I do:
Every 6 months I order a copy from my credit union for $8 (even if you pay $20, it's still cheaper than the $120/year for the service) and check it out.
I also make sure to call the opt out #. This prevents them from arbitrarily running your report for those damn "pre-approved" lists. Remember, your score lowers if the report is pulled more than a few times a year (I think around 5 or so.)
