Plan on avoiding the corisone. Believe I am not looking for a temporary fix.

Just saw the FC doctor and he said I am healing up really well. My good condtioning, attitude, and compliance is paying dividends. He wished all of his patients were as complient as me


I knew you'd get good news (at least it sounds good to me, and it's certainly not the bad news you thought you'd get)
