I think the NW and SW corners of Indiana switch for DST as appropriate. I'm pretty sure of this as NW Indy thinks of itself more as part of Chicago than Indiana, and it's all in sync.

I think that was their explanation when we got there. It was (and still is, obviously) all very confusing.
