[color=red]First of all, I am an EX-Offensive Lineman who currently is a freshman in college. I no longer need my excess body weight due to the fact that I am not playing football anymore. My friends have tried this specific program and have had success, which then prompted my interest in doing it as well.

I just started this workout and I really like it! However I'm trying to pick the right running shoes, are nike shox bad? I have heard people say that they are bad and I have heard people say they are not bad, which one is it?[/color][/url]

I haven't run with them, but by the looks of them, they look like they are better for lightweight people. If you are a big guy, I would get something with a little more support.
