lasagna, that's my favorite thing to make.
And I'm with you PH, love whipping up omlettes as well.

I do the day to day cooking in our house...not sure that I have a real specialty though...I used to bake bread, and I used to make a mean Pale Ale back in the home brew days...
Now it doesn't matter because the kids won't eat much of what I cook anyway...

Do all the kids in the trailer parks in MO still think that plastic stand they put in the pizza boxes to hold the cover up is a toy, like in a Happy Meal? Do they try and collect all four colors?
