Risotto (a little bit of this, a lot of that, and you've got a delicious, elegant main or side dish)
Pesto (can be made in batches and frozen to be put on pasta, pizza, vegetables, and seafood)
The grill (everything tastes better from the grill)
Crepes (savory or sweet, either way it's fun and experimental)
So who wants to come over for dinner? I make awesome sangria, too!

Do all the kids in the trailer parks in MO still think that plastic stand they put in the pizza boxes to hold the cover up is a toy, like in a Happy Meal? Do they try and collect all four colors? |
I don't know what they do in the trailer parks but yes NIchole likes the plastic thing.

Cookies... I bake gazillions at Christmas and rarely any other time of year. Everyone gets cookies from me. They are not only delicious but beautiful. I decorate like no one else. I always begin my planning in October (like NOW), determining how much of each recipe and the total amount of each ingredient. I always try two new recipes each year.
I host a cookie decorating party for all the kids in the neighborhood on the first day of Christmas break. Icing and colored sugar everywhere!
MMM I love cookies.

I've got a recipe for a loaf like that. Seems like it was pretty good the one time that I made it.

Marinara/bruschetta topping.
A little grilled free-range chicken dish called the best damn grilled chicken ever.
Ribs (I guess, I've never eaten them)
Seafood gumbo.
Pretty much anything sauce/soup/stew related.
