I like to work out. It gives me pleasure and good mood. I never miss a workout. I am usually in good health and spirits. However I have a constant foot ache. It is getting worse every day and I can’t figure out what it might be. What do you think?

Well it can happen for many reasons. You could have hurt it just by walking or running on a rough ground. Overuse can also be the culprit. If you have been pushing too hard you might just caused some damage to the connective tissue. Anyway you have to see your doctor and maybe a specialist to find out what is going on.
