I hope not. That would make him a martyr in that families eyes.

I've said for a long time just give the color guard a few rounds of live ammo and finnish 'em off with fixed bayonettes
But maybe a large truck with 'failed brakes' running down the whole inbred lot would be more effective.

The PGR is non-violent. I know that's tough to understand given that most of us are bad azz lookin bikers in leather etc... I would say 80% of us are vets and parents of solders.
For one of us to off ol Fred would just add fuel to the fire, plus it would be a waste of a good bullet.
I think the man above will deal with Fred in his own time....and in his own way...

Where do I go to see their take on fighting words as legally protected by the 1st? If it were to be decided differently in two different Circuits, the SC could take it on. (This is called a Circuit Split but I prefer to call it a Circuit Breaker.)
I could wind up writing about this on a final come Monday.
CNN.com has a video about it on the website today which I can't listen to as I'm stuck here in the library.

I suspect you will need to search the ACLU website for their position, or position paper on "figting words"
I suspect that "figting words" = Terroristic Threats. We both know the statutes that cover that.
